Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Technical Troubleshooting & RepairsPerform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on construction equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, skid steer loaders, rollers, etc.).Troubleshot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system failures using Liugong OEM software Provide remote or on-site support to minimize downtime for customers.Field Service & Customer SupportConduct scheduled service visits, inspections, and emergency repairs at customer sites.Advise customers on proper equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and spare parts management.Document service reports, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.Warranty & Spare Parts CoordinationValidate warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers for approvals.Recommend genuine spare parts and assist in parts ordering/logistics.Training & Knowledge TransferTrain customers and operators in safe equipment use and basic troubleshooting.Stay updated on new product technologies and service manuals.Support new product launch plans, product testing, and customer demo.Compliance & SafetyFollow Liugong OEM guidelines and local safety regulations during repairs.Requirement:Can speak English and GermanAt least 5 years related working experience in our industryMajoring in Engineering/Construction machinery or relative majorsGood Team work playerCustomer focus and could react fast
