Are you ready for new challenges?Responsible for repair, maintenance, installation and training of machinesResolve high level technical machine and operational problems for customers by inspection and diagnosis of machine, spare parts identification and recommendations to customersInput detailed records of service and repair into company information systems, including technical problems, action taken, and spare part used to correct problemsReport discrepancies, unresolved or recurrent problems to In-House Engineer and Service ManagerMaintain communication with customers, In-House technician, spare part team and other departments in a professional manner and within the agreed timelineEscalate technical problems in a timely mannerStay up to date with new product introductionsInterface with other departments or subsidiaries necessary to obtain answer to technical problemsOther projects or tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
