You will handle support requests, perform troubleshooting, and ensure issues are solved efficiently and professionally — keeping customer operations running smoothly.You will report to the Service Manager and work closely with automation, process, mechanical, and aftersales teams.Your responsibilities include:Act as the first point of contact for customer service requests and inquiries.Provide remote troubleshooting and support using PLC connectionsDiagnose and resolve automation, electrical, and sensor-related issues.Guide customers through corrective actions and maintenance procedures.Conduct on-site service visits (troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning) when needed.Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved and machines operate reliably.Record all service activities and interactions in the Service system.Support spare parts identification and service quotations requests.Share know-how and feedback with engineering and product teams for continuous improvement.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a technically skilled and customer-oriented engineer who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and interacting with global customers.
