This role involves performing and supervising engine repairs, maintenance, and modifications, conducting inspections and troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality technical support directly on site.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a problem-solver with analytical thinking skills, and someone who can confidently represent our company while working independently or alongside technicians, ship staff, and shipyard teams. If you are eager to expand your technical expertise and contribute to a collaborative working environment, we would be excited to meet you.If you’re ready to take the next step in your engineering career, we look forward to your application!Responsibilities Performing and/or supervision of engine repairs, maintenance and modifications Inspection, testing troubleshooting and root cause analysis of engine failures Working alone or in collaboration with technicians / ship staff / shipyard crew • Preparing service report and forwarding it to the sales team upon completion of the job,Providing customers with high level of technical service support at site Informing the customer of the job scope and coahcing, to coach the team technically. Increased awareness in representing the company during assigned tasksImproving technical knowledge and experience, as well as providing support to other colleagues. QualificationsUniversity Graduate (Graduated from relevant technical departments),Proficient in technical issues (at least 3 years of professional experience),Foreign language knowledge to perform all written and verbal communication (English),Able to use computer programs effectively,Adopted teamwork,High communication skills, Problem solving abilities and analytical thinking.
