Service Engineer

We're Hiring: Service EngineerPenta Laser Middle East FZE is looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team! If you're passionate about laser cutting and CNC technology and enjoy solving technical challenges, this role is for you.Role Summary:As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for fiber laser cutting machines , welding machines and CNC bending machines at customer sites.Key Responsibilities:Install and configure new fiber laser cutting and bending machines at customer locations.Conduct trial runs and ensure operational readiness.Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent downtime.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues.Guide customers on safe machine operation and troubleshooting. Maintain detailed records of service visits and repairs. Share feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement. Follow all safety protocols and company policies during servicing.Requirements:Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related).Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience servicing fiber laser cutting, welding or CNC bending machines.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of laser cutting technology, CNC systems, PLCs, servo motors, drives, electrical schematics, and safety standards.Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused communication.Other: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.Location: Saif Zone Sharjah - United Arab EmirateApply Now: Send your resume to jayaminihasini@gmail.com
