Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Surat, serving the Surat, Bharuch, and Vapi regions. In this position, the Service Engineer will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. The role also involves providing technical support to customers, completing field service visits, and maintaining clear communication with both customers and the internal team. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving equipment or system issuesExperience in Field Service operations and the ability to work effectively in on-site environmentsStrong Technical Support skills to assist customers and enhance service qualityExpertise in Maintenance & Repair of construction and mining equipmentEffective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team membersAbility to work independently with attention to detail and problem-solving skillsDiploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical fieldWillingness to travel within the Surat, Bharuch, and Vapi regions as needed
