[Job description]Manage A/S processManage A/S processes and perform field serviceEnhance customer satisfaction by providing repair and technical supportEnsure compliance with internal regulations and quality standardsSupport distributors with service (repair/replacement) registration, backup equipment arrangements, and capital product demonstrationsAssist in preparing cadaveric workshops and hands-on training to improve customer experienceAsset (Capital) management/ SPM assetsOperate and maintain capital equipment according to its purpose (Demo or Backup)Regular check the capital to maintain an optimal qualityDemo scheduling to sell A.E.T. & InstrumentsRecord and manage demo & backup released productsSupport various eventsSupport preparation of cadaveric workshop and hands-on training to provide better customer experiencesImprove the level of customer satisfaction in serviceProvide technical advice to customersSupport small-scale training tailored to customer’s needs and requests.[Qualification]College or bachelor’s degreeInterest in medical technology and hands-on field service work1:2 years of related experience (Min 1 year)Good communicator, Interpersonal, Customer-oriented is preferred.Experience In Medical Device Is PreferredEnglish communication capability & Good computer skill (MS office)Physical ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 20 kg or morePrior experience in a hospital or medical device company (including internships)Stay connected by joining our Talent Community.We're more than just a company - we're a community!
