Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.Visiting customer in warranty / proactive conditions. Submitting service reports & plan of actions to customer preventive maintenance planning.Validation & Efficiency trial of products and Generating field data for product improvement.Licensing program for TCA for heating & service products and I&C audit of TCA installations.Reduction in FOC due to I&CGetting customer good reference lettersWalkthrough installationEnquiry and execution of branded service jobs like RLA, health checkup, HAZOP, IIOT, I Serve etc. etc.FunctionalCriticalCompetencies for the Job:Good communication skills and ensuring good customer relationship managementAnalytical abilityProcess and result orientedWillingness to travelNetworking and interpersonal skillsGood presentation skillsKnowledge on boiler, Thermic fluid heater, oil & gas burner, field instruments, PLC will be preferred
