Service Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our QCS (Quality Control System) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Valmet QCS and Profiler systems, and a strong background in the pulp and paper industry. This role requires the ability to work independently on projects and services, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and support QCS projects and services, including commissioning and startup activities.Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance and supervision for Valmet QCS and Profiler systems installed base with Lifecycle concept.Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project / service delivery.Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude in all work environments.Works independently to complete given assignments, carrying out day-to-day servicing activitiesQualificationsDiploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.Proven experience in the pulp and paper industry, particularly in QCS maintenance, project execution, and site management.Strong knowledge of Valmet QCS and Profiler systems is essential.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred AttributesStrong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.Ability to adapt to dynamic project / service environments and customer needs.Willingness to travel for project / service assignments as required by project / service responsibility is preferably
