Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of industrial gearboxes. You will be expected to work independently as well as part of a team to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, provide technical support to clients, and perform repairs and maintenance services.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial gearboxes.Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with gearboxes and other related equipment.Provide technical support and advice to clients on gearboxes and related equipment.Perform repairs and maintenance services on gearboxes and related equipment.Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist in the development of training programs for clients and staff.Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in gearbox technology and industry trends.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.2+ years of experience in the repair and maintenance of industrial gearboxes.Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes and related equipment.Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with gearboxes and related equipment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).Ability to work flexible hours as needed.If you are passionate about gearboxes and have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
