JOB OVERVIEWWe are currently looking for a Service Management Officer-Senior to join our project team, which is one of the UK’s leading financial and online retail corporations specializing in corporate travel solutions., with annual revenue exceeding £2.2 billionRESPONSIBILITIESProvide first-line technical support for CTM’s data and IT systems, resolving incidents and service requests.Manage incident workflows using ITIL best practices, including ticket logging, categorization, prioritization, and escalation.Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to a robust knowledge base.Support enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, offering guidance and troubleshooting.Oversee service delivery and operations to ensure alignment with agreed service levels.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for IT and data services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.REQUIREMENTSITIL Foundation certification for process and service management.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing hardware, software, network, and application issues.Proficiency in using remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop).Experience with ticketing systems like Freshservice.Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics features and functionality.Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365 application issues.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work rotational shifts in 24x7 or 24x5 services or UK time zone.WHAT COMPANY OFFERSSalary range: $1500 - $3000Performance-based bonuses upFPT Care insurance plan tailored for FPT employeesAttractive annual summer vacation allowanceSponsored training courses for personal growth and up to 100% coverage for certification costsGlobal and inclusive workplace with monthly cross-cultural eventsInternational exposure and career growth across global locationsWork-life balance benefits with a flexible leave policy and annual health check-ups to support employee well-being
