Lead and inspire a team of technicians, cultivating apprentices into lead technicians. Build lasting relationships with suppliers and clients, making the service division the primary reason customers choose us. Develop new service offerings, optimize resource utilization, and ensure best-in-class health and safety standards. Use your expertise in KPIs to transform service into the company’s leading profit driver. Who you are: Experienced in running profitable service operations for first-class distributors (7-10 years minimum).
