Medior Service Manager (Applications) – 50% Remote We are looking for a Medior Service Manager with strong experience in application environments (Java and/or .NET) to join a dynamic team in Brussels. Your Role:As a Service Manager, you will be part of the Service Delivery pillar, responsible for the development and management of IT products and projects across various business units. You will maintain strong relationships with ICT departments to ensure the effectiveness of services and contribute to the success of IT initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise team members, ensuring smooth project executionTranslate strategic planning into actionable stepsProvide transparent communication on project status to stakeholdersSupport management decisions with detailed business cases for IT investmentsTrack team budgets in mandaysDeliver services with your own team while collaborating with Service Operation teams managing IT infrastructureLead or coordinate multiple teams of analysts, developers, testers, and architects to evolve portfolio servicesCollaborate to resolve service interruptions and ensure continuity of IT servicesRequired Competencies:5+ years of experience as a Service Manager in an application environment (Java and/or .NET)Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Familiarity with complex IT systems in large-scale environmentsExperience with IT development cost estimation and change/program managementSolid understanding of IT Service Management based on ITIL principlesLanguages:Native-level French or DutchEnglish proficiencyWhy Join:Blend of remote and on-site work for flexibilityWork in a dynamic environment with diverse IT teamsTake ownership of IT services and make a real impact on operations
