Job Description

On behalf of the world-famous company, Huawei, we are hiring for the position of Service Manager in the Digital Power Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end service delivery and operations across Huawei’s Digital Power solutions, including data center energy, smart PV, and energy storage systems. This role involves managing service quality, optimizing customer experience, coordinating with technical and project teams, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction and business continuity.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for customer fulfilment satisfaction and responsible for feasible project delivery and contract fulfilment of Smart PV products, data centre critical power supply/ cooling facilities and EV chargers.Make and execute the Key-account customer service strategy. Develop targeted customer service strategies based on local business situations and customer requirements to ensure that the service strategies for Key-account customer can reach consensus within and around the team and build an ecosystem that matches industry service strategies.Understand customer pain points and requirements, explore and expand business opportunities, and design and provide service solutions that meet customer requirements.Participate in project strategy development, bidding, and negotiation, develop and implement the fulfilment & delivery strategies, mitigate fulfilment risks, and ensure the project deliverability. Coordinate internal resource and ensure that the delivery and service quality meets the standards, and meet customer requirements for project delivery and network maintenance.Align with customers' strategies and organizations, and build high-performance service teams.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.Prior experience as a Service Engineer; experience in service sales will be an advantage.Strong academic performance with a solid technical foundation.Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficient in both English and Chinese to effectively liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
