Founded in Bologna in 1988, it now operates across four continents.General descriptionThe resource will be responsible for operational and functional coordination of work groups across various end-to-end credit processes, ensuring operational efficiency, achievement of objectives, customer satisfaction, and team development.Responsibilities The position includes:Oversee operational activities across the various phases of the processes, organizing the team's work (including remote teams or those across multiple hubs) and proactively managing any non-standard situations, while ensuring KPI monitoring. Analyze activity performance to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and expected results. Interact with the Director to ensure supervision and efficiency of the operational units/BPO hubs. Take responsibility for communication and support with clients/suppliers (including internal ones) throughout the various process phases, including the operational implementation of new activities to be integrated. Be accountable for ensuring maximum efficiency of the hubs in terms of human and financial resources.
