Job Description

Key responsibilities:• Provide tele- and on-site technical support and post-sales support.• Commission, troubleshoot, and update firmware/hardware of PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters, and BESS.• Report product failures to head office with clear descriptions.• Evaluate the performance of PV plants by studying operation data regularly.• Proactively work closely with installers and retailers to provide them with the best-in-class customer experience.• Regularly follow up on technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installers and retailers.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.• Preferred minimum of one year working experience in the solar industry, particularly in product troubleshooting.• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with clients, stakeholders, and team members.• Reliability, self-motivation, and adaptability to learn new technologies.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.• A friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.• Excellent time management and organisational skills.• Willingness to travel frequently.• A current driver's licence and legal right to work in Japan are mandatory requirements.
