Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced English and Hungarian speaking Service Manager for our global Client’s Hungarian plant which works in machinery manufacturing and retail industry.Main duties and responsibilitiesManaging and supervising the site's comprehensive service activities and service team, ensuring business continuity;Leading the logistics team related to service activities;Budget management and planning, coordinating investments, developing and implementing development plans;Continuously monitoring and improving the performance of the area;Developing service packages and regularly monitoring customer satisfaction;Organizing professional training and providing professional support to the service team;Working closely with relevant departments within the company and providing professional support to the sales department;Monitoring service inventory and ensuring the availability of replacement equipment.Required competenciesCollege/ University degree in a technical field8-10 years of professional experience in relevant field3-5 years of operational management experienceFluent English and Hungarian language skills, both written and spokenUser-level knowledge of MS OfficeKnowledge of SAP systemsExcellent communication skills, energetic, able to work independentlyResults-orientedCustomer-focused approachCompensations and BenefitsWorking in an international environmentCompetitive, stable incomeExtensive benefits package, company carDevelopment and career opportunitiesAny other informationPrime by JobGroup is the exclusive Hungarian partner of the International Executive Search Federation (IESF).
