Job Description

You will manage all Microsoft workplace related services for a dedicated customer. These services include M365, Intune, Mobile Device Management, Voice, File Services, Print Services, Terminal Services, LAN and WLAN. You will not administer these services yourself, but it helps to know what they do and how they work. You will coordinate changes, drive small rollouts and run improvement initiatives. You will keep strong communication with all stakeholders.About The Client And The ProjectThe customer uses a full set of workplace services. You oversee the delivery and make sure everything runs as in the contractual agreement. You work closely with a virtual team of system administrators, the customer success team and account management.
