A key initial focus of this role is to work with the business to uplift and formalise all existing Managed Service Provider (MSP) contracts to ensure CPS 230 compliance by 30 June 2026. Once this activity is complete, the role will be responsible for working with the business to drive and own the service provider management framework to facilitate the ongoing management and oversight of all service providers at NobleOak.Job Aim To manage, coordinate, optimise and oversee NobleOak’s service provider management framework by working with business owners to ensure that key service providers performance is well-managed, a consistent approach is applied, risks are identified and controlled, obligations are being met and the outsourcing arrangements meet CPS 230 and internal governance requirements.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll DoLead MSP contract reviews, renegotiations and CPS 230 upliftMaintain and refine MSP performance and risk frameworksRun due diligence for new/renewed providersMonitor SLAs/KPIs and produce clear performance reportingManage outsourcing risks, controls and audit actionsCoordinate incidents and drive root-cause analysisOversee contract lifecycles and renewalsIdentify cost and service improvementsDesired Skills And ExperienceWhat You’ll Bring5+ years in vendor management/procurement/service deliveryStrong negotiation and commercial skillsExperience managing MSPs (IT/ops/customer service)Solid risk and due-diligence capabilityKnowledge of CPS 230 / CPS 231Strong communication and stakeholder managementConfident reading SLAs, contracts and performance dataHighly organised, detail-driven and analyticalWhy NobleOak?Real ownership in a high-visibility roleHigh growth challenger brandCollaborative, values-driven teamA chance to shape our CPS 230 operating model
