Service Representative - Senior

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.  Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Service Representative - Senior to join our client.  Contract Period: 11 months with potential to convertPay Rate: Starting from $20 per hourLocation: Mississauga, ONLocation Type: Hybrid; currently 1 day, moving to 2 days in office/monthBusiness Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:30 AM – 6:30 PMJob Responsibilities:Repairing wire paymentsEnsuring wire payments are processed with no process errorsReceiving payments in differing currencies and manually keying the funds into the correct currency in alignment with the customers bank accountWorking through their request queue with both speed and accuracyExperience & Qualification Requirement:Post-secondary degree highly preferredExcellent typing skills- a speed of 50 words/minute at minimumSuperb typing accuracyStrong communication skills- a bilingual candidate is an assetCompletes day to day with English speaking customersWillingness to learnStrong work ethicPrevious financial teller experiencePrevious Service Representative Experience for a Banking clientSolid knowledge of general geography- this team handles transfers worldwide, and it can be helpful for candidates to have a good understanding of where countries are located and the currencies they leveragePrior Wires ExperienceExperience with problem solving/analysis in a fast-paced work environment**** ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A CRIMINAL AND CREDIT CHECK AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS **** ***We use AI technology as part of our application review process to assist with screening and assessment.
