In this role, you will manage people, processes, and resources to ensure seamless project delivery, outstanding quality standards, and strong customer relationships.If you have a passion for operational excellence, technical environments, and team leadership, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a global organisation.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end execution of service projects, including staff planning, material ordering, scheduling, and cost controlManage project changes and maintain clear, continuous communication with customersEnsure accurate project documentation, including timelines, status updates, and material trackingAct as the primary customer contact for all service-related mattersConduct annual customer satisfaction surveys and drive improvementsRespond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure consistently high satisfaction levelsMonitor project costs, billing, revenue, and profitabilityEnsure timely contract renewals and identify opportunities for service expansionOversee onsite service operations and support functions (estimating, quotations, payroll, collections)Safeguard efficient and accurate administrative processesLead and develop team members through recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluationSelect and supervise subcontractorsDrive team motivation, skills development, and operational productivityPromote and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality across all projectsSkills & Technical Knowledge:Experience with security systems: intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, access control, video surveillance, and integrated security solutionsBasic understanding of IT networksField service experience: installation, inspection, site visits, and quotation developmentStrong capability in cost calculations and proposal preparationExperience Requirements:Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, field service, or engineeringBackground in at least one of the following: security technology, fire alarm systems, building automation, healthcare infrastructureFirst leadership or supervisory experience is a plusEducation & Certifications:Preferred: university degree (Business Administration, Engineering, or similar)Relevant industry training or manufacturer certifications are advantageousCompany Culture & Benefits:Join an organisation built on service, integrity, and innovation.
