Through our own network of advisers or via independent brokers and utilising new platforms Momentum Group provides practical financial solutions for people, communities and businesses.Disclaimer As an applicant, please verify the legitimacy of this job advert on our company career page.Role PurposeTo successfully complete projects that relate to data investigations, data analysis and perform different client service processes, while following procedures in accordance to company requirements, processes and legislation; focus on client excellence and cost savings, the establishment and management of effective data exception reporting while highlighting any possible trends or inefficiencies (process, systems, people), while and to interact with internal and external clients with confidence on a professional level.Emphasis will be placed on prioritizing a positive client experience, efficient error analysis and corrections, optimization, risk mitigation, and delivering exceptional service across multiple platforms for all stakeholders.RequirementsKnowledge of Momentum Investment products and systems.Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.A degree in B. Com Finance/Investments/Economics/Accounting or related field.Understanding of the investment environment. building relationships, facilitating business growth, and more is a significant advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)Experience with other digital tools is a plus e.g Power BI.Strong computer skills, quick to learn new systems confidently.Knowledge of system development and project process life cycle.Analytical qualification will be an advantage.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnable legendary service delivery of the highest quality within your area of responsibilityWith us it is personal and so the successful incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Provide service excellence to external and internal clients.Effectively liaise with external and internal clients.Be responsible to assist with different service processes and execute it according to the rules and regulations as required by the business.Assist and be part of different projects and responsible to meet required deadlines of these projects that relate to, but are not limited to data, tracing, reporting, legislative, service and communication.Understand and investigate data to provide appropriate analysis feedback to management.Identify specific data issues/errors, be able to correct it where applicable and report on it.Identify and establish root cause of data errors.Put proposals forward to manage/correct the identified data/process/system/people issues or errors.Work closely with our management information team to extract the appropriate data information for analysis and reporting.CompetenciesBusiness acumen | Understands how the business operates, what the key issues and risks are that drives business success, and how they impact on the commercial viability of potential ventures and the profitability of the Group.Client commitment | Anticipates, meets, and exceeds client’s needs by creating long lasting relationships that support the client value proposition, supports their financial wellness, and ensures client centricity.Drive for results | Use my critical thinking, problem solving, strong analytical skills to drive a sense of urgency, focus, accountability, agility, teamwork, and execution to deliver business results.Leads change and innovation | Actively leads change, does what is right for the business and drives continuous improvement through innovation.Collaboration | Prioritises the business interests of Momentum Metropolitan and invests in the success of the Group by aligning effort across divisions.Impact and influence | Persuade, convinces, influences, and inspires others, both within Momentum Metropolitan and externally to win support, loyalty, and gain commitment to the purpose of the Group.Self-awareness and insight | Manage self and relationships with others effectively and provides perspective in difficult situations.
