Through our own network of advisers or via independent brokers and utilising new platforms Momentum Group provides practical financial solutions for people, communities and businesses.Disclaimer As an applicant, please verify the legitimacy of this job advert on our company career page.Role PurposeTo successfully complete projects that relate to data investigations, data analysis and perform different client service processes, while following procedures in accordance to company requirements, processes and legislation; focus on client excellence and cost savings, the establishment and management of effective data exception reporting while highlighting any possible trends or inefficiencies (process, systems, people), while and to interact with internal and external clients with confidence on a professional level.Emphasis will be placed on prioritizing a positive client experience, efficient error analysis and corrections, optimization, risk mitigation, and delivering exceptional service across multiple platforms for all stakeholders.RequirementsKnowledge of Momentum Investment products and systems.Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.A degree in B.
