Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets. We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor who will be responsible for managing and developing after-sales service operations, providing technical support, and coordinating maintenance, repair, and technical training activities for customers, installers, and service partners.

This role serves as a key point of contact to ensure operational excellence and maximum customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, dealers, network partners, and sales managers. Coordinate and supervise the service team and service partners, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and timely interventions. Provide high-level technical support, manage complex troubleshooting, and oversee critical field service activities. Plan and deliver technical training courses for customers, installers, and authorized service centers.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote service offerings, identify new business opportunities, and support the achievement of after-sales revenue targets. Provide technical feedback and improvement suggestions to the engineering team for new product development and ongoing product enhancements. Monitor and manage warranty claims and complaints, ensuring swift resolution in compliance with company policies and delivering excellent customer service. Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and industry trends, implementing best practices and continuously improving service processes and capabilities. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within the industrial sector, preferably in power generators or related industries.

Solid technical background. Proven experience in customer service and technical support. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience delivering technical training to groups. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
