This is a great opportunity with lots of growth potential to Senior Workshop Technician or Workshop Supervisor.Your MissionAs a Service Technician, you will provide mechanical and electrical support to workshop operations. Your responsibilities will include risk assessments, disassembly, evaluation, reporting, overhauling, auditing, and testing of machines and components—all in line with OEM standards.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute component/machine rebuilds using standard operating procedures (SOPs)Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test major componentsPrepare detailed failure analysis reports using CEFA toolsParticipate in daily toolbox meetings and uphold Lean 5S principlesCoordinate with Service Administrator for parts and deadlinesOperate and maintain test benches and workshop toolsEnsure safety and proper use of PPE at all timesSubmit monthly tool audit reportsCollaborate with Senior Workshop Technician on warranty/goodwill assessmentsMaintain accurate documentation and communication using systems like M3 and MS OfficeWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & Education:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical fieldHND or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ElectromechanicalTechnical Skills:Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical knowledgeAdvanced technical repair and diagnostic skillsProficiency in MS Office toolsSoft Skills & Behaviors:Excellent communication (verbal and written)Positive attitude and collaborative mindsetAdaptability and openness to changeStrong ethics and integrityTime management and ability to work under pressureTeam player with the ability to work independentlyWhy Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvementOpportunity for career growth into senior technical rolesAccess to ongoing training and developmentWork in a supportive environment that values your contributionReady to take the next step in your career?Apply now and become a key player in our workshop team, where your skills and dedication will make a real impact.It all starts with people.
