Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, and onsite check measures. As well as troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, and collaborating with customers to deliver high-quality service. The role involves hands-on problem-solving and ensuring that bathware systems are installed and serviced to meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Qualifications Skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Field Service operationsProficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesStrong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on quality and satisfactionAbility to work independently and efficiently in hands-on settingsFamiliarity with bathware systems, hydrotherapy spa systems, or similar products is advantageousRelevant certifications, licenses, or trade qualifications are a pluAn eye for detail and check measure skills.
