If you’re technically minded, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a supportive team environment, this could be a great role for you!LOCATIONSydney NSW (West)BENEFITSFull-time, stable employment with immediate start availableWork in a supportive, inclusive team environmentEarly start early finish - typical working day is 7:30am - 3:30pmOpportunities for professional development and trainingMake a meaningful impact in the lives of end usersROLE/DESCRIPTIONAs Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for a range of duties across technical servicing, and warehouse operations (when required):Technical responsibilities:Service and maintain equipment to AS/NZS 3551 and 3760 standardsComplete demonstration builds according to reports and KPIsEnsure all equipment on shelves is complete and ready for re-issueSet up mobility equipment as per clinician requirementsMaintain complete service history recordsEnsure accurate billing for all service jobs and serviced itemsProvide in-field adjustments, advice, and technical support to internal teams and customersPerform in-field installations and servicing of equipment as requiredParticipate in technical education initiatives and programsStore-person responsibilities (when required to support):Receive incoming goods and check for damage or discrepanciesLoad and unload trucks and containersOperate forklift (license required)Label goods and operate lifting machineryPick and pack customer orders using picking listsClean and manage stock control of demonstration equipmentPrepare equipment and products (unpacking and basic assembly)Participate in cycle counting and stocktake proceduresPackage and dispatch outgoing goodsPerform data entry related to stock movements and receiptingMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environmentREQUIREMENTSForklift LicenseAustralian drivers licenseProven technical ability and attention to detailExperience in a similar technical role with warehouse exposureExperience can also be from mechanical or automotiveStrong communication skills and adaptable mindsetFamiliarity with AS/NZS 3551 and 3760 standards Flexible, positive, and proactive attitudeADDITIONAL INFORMATIONSponsorship is not available for this position.Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents to be considered.ABOUT i-PHARM CONSULTINGi-Pharm Consulting is a specialist Recruitment Company servicing the global Life Sciences industry.
