The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting issues, conducting field service operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The technician will also be involved in routine and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of our products. Qualifications Skills in Maintenance & Repair and Routine Maintenance tasksExperience and expertise in Troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problemsProficiency in Field Service operations and on-site technical supportStrong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and supportAbility to work independently and follow technical instructionsBasic understanding of electrical systems and inverter technologyRelevant certifications or technical training in related fields are a plus
