As a Service Technician, you are expected to carry out tasks within your team, and for Techstep as a whole, in a productive and efficient manner in line with current goals, strategies, and other guidelines.TasksAs a Service Technician, you will ensure that the following tasks are performed in accordance with applicable internal and external requirements.Your tasks include:Help the team lead build both the team and processesCoordinate roll-outs to customersReprogramming of mobile devices and other technical equipmentTroubleshooting, logistics handling of incoming and outgoing goodsAfter-sales handling and repair of mobile devicesAssisting with other routines associated with our service departmentEnsuring SLA complianceExperience and qualificationsIT-SupportAfter-sales supportMDMLogisticsPersonal skillsStrong team player with excellent collaboration skills, both within the team, across departments, and with customersKnowledge-sharing and supportive, willing to contribute expertise and experience to othersOpen-minded and cooperative, seeking input from others to find the best solutionProactive problem-solver who takes initiative to address challenges independentlyEncouraging and motivational, helping others succeed and growCaring and empathetic, attentive to the well-being of colleagues and othersLanguage requirements: English and Norwegian (or Swedish) good level bothspoken and writtenDriving licenseThe work will be varied, combining responsibility and freedom.We expect you to be self-sufficient in your own area, but we also place great importance on you being an active part of the team you work in.Workplace is Techstep office in Bryn, Oslo and, from time to time, at customer sites.We offerTechstep can offer a challenging position in a company with high growth ambitions.
