We are about people who create bold things, make a difference, have fun, and love their work.The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, the Microsoft Power Platform, and others.The team builds cross-industry Low-code solutions. We are responsible for both the development of the low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base in accordance with the platform design best practices and in accordance with a defined implementation methodology.IF YOU AREExperienced in the ServiceNow platform, with over 5 years of focus primarily on integrationsProficient in verbal and written communicationSkilled at presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersKnowledgeable about IT operations and infrastructure management, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environmentsAware of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and best practices, particularly those related to IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Familiar with TM Forum (TMF) API considerations (nice to have)AND YOU WANT TOContribute to the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for Telecom clients, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectivesTake ownership of all integration effortsLead technical workshops focused on integrationsCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and translate these into technical requirementsServe as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and effective solution deliveryConfigure and customize ServiceNow solutions for the Telecom industry, including modules such as CMDB, CSM, ITSM, Event Management, and Vulnerability Response, to meet the specific needs of telecom clientsServe as the subject-matter expert (SME) for Telecom operations and best practices, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and project teamsValidate code to ensure compliance with industry standards and ServiceNow best practicesTOGETHER WE WILLWork on the design, delivery, and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectivesGet solutions ranging from large-scale custom-developed low-code applications to cloud-based development and integration servicesCooperate with top experts in the companyTake care of your individual career path for professional development and career growthImmerse in interesting consulting engagements where you can explore client businesses over the globeSoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
