Join Plat4mation Saudi Arabia as a ServiceNow Consultant and help top-tier clients unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform.About the RoleAs a ServiceNow Consultant, you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementations of ServiceNow modules—primarily ITSM and Service Portal. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their platform investment while aligning solutions with best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.Support clients with user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance.Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and ongoing improvements.Work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, including C-level executives.What We’re Looking For5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Service Catalog, ITSM, and Service Portal.Proven ability to run client workshops and deliver user training.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Required Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.What You’ll GetCompetitive salary with performance-based bonuses.22 days of paid leave.State-of-the-art laptop and tech setup.Flexible working arrangements and a dynamic work culture.Global exposure with rapid growth opportunities.Team events, hackathons, and ongoing learning initiatives.About Plat4mationPlat4mation is a global Elite ServiceNow Partner, specializing in digital transformation through the full ServiceNow suite.
