Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Over 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (version 3.0 or later) implementation and management. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow configuration for customizing and optimizing platform functionalities. Solid understanding of ITIL v4 principles and ServiceNow platform architecture. Proven experience in data modeling, CI class design, and driving CMDB health and data quality improvements. Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain complex data models in a clear and concise manner.
