ServiceNow Data Analyst

We work in a hybrid model! Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.Our Requirements:More than three years of commercial experience in one listed area: Data Analytics, Data Science or Cloud Data.Proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow platform, including configuration and customization.Understanding of ITIL principles and their integration into ServiceNow for IT service management.Ability to configure indicators, define data sources, formulate metrics, set targets, and utilize reporting modules within ServiceNow Performance Analytics.Experience in designing and building visually appealing and informative dashboards, using ServiceNow reporting tools to generate custom reports.Expertise in selecting appropriate visualization techniques to effectively communicate insights from performance analytics to stakeholders.Capability to identify issues through data analysis and translate them into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement.Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.Nice to have:Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow's machine learning module for predictive intelligence and advanced analytics.ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application specialist,What your development path can look like?We will give possibility to grow in professional career among 40+ other AI & Analytics team members.
