You’ll be responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, and handling day-to-day platform issues across ITSM modules and integrations. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for ServiceNow issues including incidents, problems, and service requestsTroubleshoot ITSM modules:

Incident, Problem, Change, Request, KnowledgeDebug scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes)Maintain and enhance Service Portal (widgets, catalog items, UI components)Monitor and resolve issues in REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, etc. Implement minor enhancements using Flow Designer, Workflows, UI PoliciesParticipate in patching, upgrades, and regression testingAdhere to ITIL practices, SLAs, and compliance requirementsMaintain knowledge base and technical documentation✅ Required Skills: 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong expertise in JavaScript, server/client-side scriptingDeep understanding of ITSM modules and CMDBExperience with Service Portal and custom widgetsIntegration experience:

REST, SOAP, LDAP, MID ServerFamiliar with Flow Designer, ACLs, UI Scripts, NotificationsExposure to Agile/ITIL environmentsStrong communication and analytical skills🎓 Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – MandatoryServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred🌐 Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or App Engine StudioKnowledge of ServiceNow upgrade/patch management processes🤝 Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilitiesProactive, self-driven, and customer-focused approachStrong collaboration and documentation habitsAbility to work independently or in cross-functional teams
