Join RiDiK and be part of an innovative, fast-growing team shaping the future of technology across industries.About the RoleIncome IT is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient ServiceNow Developer to join our ITSM team, responsible for implementing and enhancing core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. The role demands a strong foundation in Discovery configurations, scripting, form customization, and continuous platform optimization. The ideal candidate will ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring and contribute to a seamless user experience across various ServiceNow components.ResponsibilitiesImplement and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows in alignment with business requirements.Configure and update Discovery schedules, monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population.Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.Continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning.Customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.Tailor and extend CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations.Develop and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.Manage Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency.Customize the Employee Center portal to improve branding, content delivery, and user engagement.Design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency.Troubleshoot platform issues using advanced scripting skills and resolve defects promptly.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors. Required SkillsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required. Preferred SkillsServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – preferred.ITIL Foundation certification – desirable.
