Servicenow Developer

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and platform customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, administration, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer and Orchestration. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop ServiceNow applications including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Notifications.• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and associated workflows.• Implement and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) for data security.• Perform data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.• Configure and manage SLAs, Dashboards, and Reports.• Work with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to automate business processes.• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs.• Configure LDAP integration and manage users, groups, and roles.• Implement HRSD modules including HR Services, COE Data Models, and HR Templates.• Work on ITOM modules including Discovery and Service Mapping.• Customize CMDB and maintain CI relationships.• Participate in release activities, incident and request handling, and weekly deployments.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and Project Managers.Required Skills:• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration.• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL.• Hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules.• Knowledge of Orchestration and Automated Test Framework (ATF).• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and LDAP configuration.• Familiarity with latest ServiceNow releases (Quebec, Rome, Tokyo).• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
