Job Description
Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. • 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices. • Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM, Source2Pay). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).Desired Skills: • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS- ITSM, HRSD, Discovery). • Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF). • Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer. • Understanding of CMDB and Discovery. • Knowledge of Employee Service Portal and custom widget development
