For one of our customers in Anderlecht, we are looking for a Project Manager ServiceNowStart-Date: ASAPMan-Days: 220Location: BrusselsRemote politics: 2 days on-siteProficient in Dutch or French (nice to have both Dutch and French), and EnglishDescriptionThe primary role of the Project Manager is to work closely with customers to drive the successful delivery of IT projects. The Project Manager will facilitate the management of scope for the customer’s requirements, plan implementations and deliver to the planned scope and budget, based on ServiceNow platform.You will be part of ServiceNow Competence Center, alongside functional and technical ServiceNow specialists and have prior experience regarding ServiceNow project delivery.About the youAre you keen to finetune your PM skills and learn new skills?Do you have good organisational skills and the capacity to lead?Do you have the ‘Can do’ attitude to deliver project successfully?Would you like to help shape the future of the Belgium Rail IT?Is sustainability high on your priority list?Key responsibilitiesLead project delivery from beginning to endDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholdersDevelop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standardDraft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined processEnsure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standardsEffectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionEnsures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant partiesLiaise with client (SNCB/MNBS) and IT Teams on an ongoing basisDiagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders on appropriate governance boards (a.o. Project Steerco)Adhere to company defined standards & governance concerning IT project delivery, including mandatory Project management documentation deliverablesKnowledge and Skills5 + years relevant experience with project managementExperience in delivery of ServiceNow based projects. This can be on various products: ITSM, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, HR, GRC, SecOps or other.Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow based project & capability deliveryStrong affinity with IT and its complexityExperience within Public Sector and public procurementRecognizes and applies our Core Values: Professionalism, Respect, Entrepreneurship, Corporation and LeadershipDemonstrated “can do” work ethic coupled with effective time management and ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problemsKnowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials)Experience in applying PM² project management methodologyCan facilitate Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources.Possesses the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiencesProficient in Dutch or French (preferably both Dutch and French), and English.Conformity CriteriaExperience in usage of PM² project management methodologyExperience as Project Manager in projects implying public procurementAt least 5 years experience as Project Manager on ServiceNow implementation projects for multiple ServiceNow products
