Job DescriptionJob SummaryJoin DXC Vietnam, a global leader in IT services and solutions, as a ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations by developing and executing automated test cases, performing regression testing, and supporting major platform upgrades. This position is ideal for candidates with strong ServiceNow knowledge and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesTest development work completed in a ServiceNow instanceContribute to and develop test cases for the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)Perform regression testing to support major upgrades and releasesCollaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure test coverage and quality standardsDocument test results and provide feedback for defect resolutionRequirementsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred)Knowledge and/or micro-certification in at least one of the following:Customer Service Management (CSM)PlaybooksFlow DesignerNow Assist / AIPlatform AnalyticsPredictive IntelligenceService PortalCatalog ItemsAutomated Test Framework (ATF)Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practicesExperience with automated testing tools and frameworksExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills in EnglishNice to HaveExperience with Agile methodologiesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testingServiceNow Certified System Admins CertificationWorking Location:Etown Building, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh CityAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
