Job Description

We are looking for candidates with strong ServiceNow expertise to support the ServiceNow Platform Administrator and contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform. This position places particular emphasis on integrations and CMDB data quality.Main Responsibilities:Perform administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including user, role, and configuration management.Support and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other corporate systems, ensuring reliability, security, and data integrity.Improve and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with CSDM principles.Handle incident resolution, request fulfilment, and change management processes.Maintain technical documentation and support testing and deployment of new features or upgrades.Required Expertise:Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with focus on integrations and CMDB.Strong understanding of ITSM and CSDM principles.Experience preparing technical documentation and end-user materials.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or equivalent certification).ITIL V4 Foundation certification, or willingness to obtain it within 3 months.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Fluency in French and English.
