Required Skillset:The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in- depth understanding of critical business requirements.Take Business requirements and convert to technical solution and solution designsConfigure solutions aligned to best practice, out the box standards. Customise solution where needed.Build Integration.Enable and configure MobilityPerform unit, integration and system testing.Apply problem solving skills to address solution Challenges.Able to configure New as well as maintain existing solution. Produce required technical documentation.Guide Business on best practice our the box ServiceNow Solution, Apply Test driven development.Responsibilities:Attend Workshops to Understand: requirements, Solution Walkthroughs, Testing Sessions, ImplementationParticipate in Pre-sales workshops to determine Client offering (SOW) Technical Specifications and Designs Solution Configuration Testing Implementation Post Production Support Operational Support Participate in establishment of best Practices Artefacts to be produced:Solution Design Specifications Technical Specifications Configured Solution Build Documents Testing Outcomes Implementation Configuration Standards Data upload scripts Required Qualifications: Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles ITL FoundationAgile Methodology 5 – 10 years experience in ServiceNowIndustry SpecialistMin of 3 implementations in ServiceNowServiceNow Administration certification
