In this role they work with a variety of creative team mates to support the processes behind creating art assets, interactive games and putting on world-class events with the mission to make children smarter, stronger, and kinder!The Marketing Operations coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting a team of Creatives, Creative Project Managers, Digital Producers and Archivists to maintain brand integrity and excellence across a wide variety of content experiences for children and adults. This is a role that helps us all get things done and works to ensure communication and smooth processes.

This position is based at our headquarters office in New York (Manhattan) with a hybrid work environment to include a minimum of 3 designated in-office days required. Primary ResponsibilitiesSupports the Sr.

Operations Manager with centralized departmental wide dutiesProcesses departmental Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoices and reconciliation back to the overall operating and project budgetsAssists with financial operating budget, tracking commitments and actuals to ensure budgets are on trackResourcefully solves invoice inquiries and ensures resolution in a timely mannerMaintains regular communication with and provides support for Suppliers, Vendors, Partners and project managers and producers with the status of their contracts and invoicesRegularly collaborates with multiple internal departments and external partners to identify and document operational processes and best practicesRegularly creates, pulls and sorts departmental data to provide ppt decks for a variety of metricsAssists with paperwork and processing for onboarding new department hires and coordinates department trainingSupports department administrative duties and other duties as assigned, including general office supportA key point person for legal, finance and IT to facilitate operational tasksSupports relationships with vendors and partnersWorks in partnership to support Audience Development, Events, Brand Creative, Brand Marketing, Communications, along with Marketing Operations and Digital ProductMinimum Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree required2 years of administrative experienceExpected regular work schedule of 5 days (35 hours) per week (Hybrid schedule 3 days in NYC-based office)Strong attention to detailWell organized and excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritizeSelf-motivated with the ability to problem-solveAbility to handle sensitive information appropriately with a high degree of confidentialityExcellent interpersonal skills and works well on a teamEffective oral and written communication skillsComputer literacy and proven proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Other Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Workfront Project Management Tool and/or Coupa Procurement System a plusPossessing a passion for children’s media and education round out the candidate’s requirements.
