We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to join a prominent Commodities trading multinational as a Settlement Analyst, the role plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of physical and financial commodity trades.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the creation, distribution, reconciliation, and settlement of invoices for physical and financial trading activities.Ensure pricing, due date calculations, and invoices comply with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.Manage timely and accurate settlement of physical and financial trades, including reconciliation and issue resolution.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve invoicing discrepancies.Prepare, review, and present invoices and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with trade contracts and LC requirements.Identify and recommend improvements to settlement processes and manage ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.Maintain adherence to trading standards, tax, and regulatory requirements, including sanctions and anti-money laundering policies.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in settlement in commodities.Strong understanding of current market trends in the industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.How To ApplyIf you are a team player, meticulous & organized, and more importantly, believe that YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, we would like to hear from you.Simply submit your application with your updated Resume in MS Word Format to Tiffany Dorjpalam (EA Personnel Reg.
