As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven IT manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our technology initiatives. Â Position description: We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking IT manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our technology initiatives. This role is critical in aligning IT strategy with business objectives, overseeing daily IT operations and driving innovation across the organization.
The ideal candidate will ensure our technology landscape fully complies with European regulatory frameworks (with a strong focus on ICT governance and operational resilience). Key tasks and responsibilities:
Planning, managing, developing and supervising the organization’s IT field to support company goals and enhance operational efficiency; Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within a budget;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for processes and systems enhancements;Define requirements and communicate them to the development team as well as to the external stakeholders;Act as a key contact person within the company for IT related questions;Define and maintain ICT risk management policies, controls and governance procedures across the technology stack;Together with CISO, ensure end-to-end compliance with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and other EU-level digital risk frameworks;Lead the implementation of regular ICT risk assessments, penetration tests and system audits;Support regulatory inspections and interactions with supervisory authorities regarding digital infrastructure and technology risks.

Have 3+ years of experience in IT field, ideally within banking, financial services or other highly regulated sector(s);Have in-depth knowledge of payment products, API based architectures and integration frameworks;Have proven track record of internal and external stakeholders management;Have experience with outsourcing risk frameworks and third-party ICT contract oversight;Be able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational objectives;Demonstrate the ability to work independently - strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to ownership and accountability;Be fluent in Lithuanian and English.
