Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, hands-on experience across key HR functions, and a proactive approach to supporting both employees and management. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and cancellations with the PRO or internal admin team Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data is up-to-date and accurate Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant information (attendance, leave, deductions) Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer letters Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals Assist with employee relations matters and support resolution of grievances and disciplinary cases Support training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications Handle medical insurance enrollments, cancelations, and claims coordination Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required Provide support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Support training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications Support end-to-end recruitment for FB, Hospitality and Corporate roles Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years HR and Recruitment experience in Dubai.
