Job Description

The Opportunity: As a Sports Sales Coordinator at Seven, you will play a strategic role in delivering sustainable growth for the network. You will support the Sport Sales team and help maximise commercial outcomes across some of Australia’s most iconic sporting content. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders like Sport Sales Executives, Central and Digital Sales teams, Commercial Inventory Teams, and external partners, including media agencies and direct clients. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Sport Sales Manager, you will:

Manage a high volume of advertising bookings with accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with internal teams, external clients, and agencies to support campaign deliveryMonitor and process sport-related advertising schedulesPrepare airtime schedules tailored to client briefsCollate market data to support pitches and presentationsProvide administration and data entry support to the Sport Sales teamAbout You: We’re looking for a self-motivated person with a passion for sport, exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail. You will bring excellent organisational and time management abilities, a proactive and innovative approach, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy and eager to learn, you are ready to grow in the dynamic world of sports partnerships and media sales, and you pride yourself on being a team player. You will have: Previous experience in admin/ sales support, customer service, or customer-facing experience (e. g. , retail sales)Experience in a sales-related, media, or marketing role would be an advantage. Knowledge of sales bookings, sales processes, and reporting would be highly desirableAdvanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
