Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements; Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems; Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs; Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations; Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft); Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices; Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and evaluate the applicability of new features to ongoing projects; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions; Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices; Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.Requirements: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; Prior experience of working with the Experience Cloud is required; Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles; Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration; Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs; Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices; Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits; Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
