Job Description

This role is ideal for someone in a junior HR role who’s passionate about compliance, accuracy, and supporting employees.

If you thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and take pride in being thorough, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Be Responsible For (key Responsibilllities)As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): Manage and maintain Occupational Medical Records and assist in the coordination of bookings and distribution. Administer PPE and Corporate Clothing distribution, stock tracking, and vendor engagement. Ensure HR records (digital and hard copy) are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant. Assist with induction scheduling, venue prep, packs, and attendance registers. Conduct police clearance and reference checks as needed.

Coordinate HR-related queries and escalate when necessary. Assist with HR reporting and audit compliance. Support day-to-day HR department activities and documentation processes (recruitment, training, adhoc duties)What We’re Looking ForKnowledge and Experience: 2 - 3 years in a Human Resources environment (generalist exposure, not only data capturing). Experience in supporting compliance-driven HR tasks and documentation. QualificationsMatric / Grade 12 or equivalent. Driver’s License (Required). A completed Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or related field (essential).

Skills And Knowledge (the Stuff That Sets You Apart)Technical Skills and the good stuffSound understanding of HR principles, policies, and relevant labour legislation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good computer literacy, including Excel and MS Word. Able to organise, prioritise, and handle workload independently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and reporting.
