The Account Manager will lead creative projects, manage and build effective relationships with existing and new clients, and work with a dynamic cross regional team, driving projects from start to finish in an international team of professionals for our globally well known clients. #Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Take charge of multiple projects, including digital marketing campaigns, brand activations, pop-up events, package design and producing GWPS. Client Management: Act as a liaison for global clients, effectively communicating project progress, timelines and participate in the development of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities.
Build new relationships and nurturing existing relationships with internal and external clients, serving as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the Account team; provide timely responses to all inquiries. Participates in meetings with existing clients and internal teams to identify adequate new services/offerings to meet clients’ evolving needs as required; serves as the Subject Matter Expert on processes, capacity, timelines, etc. Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the Business Development Manager, Project Manager and Design team to develop and implement creative strategies and solutions and support the Account Team in its effort to increase revenue through selling additional products and services across the business portfolio. Strategic Planning: Analyze project requirements and market trends to strategize and drive project success. Creative Ideation: Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance project outcomes and meet client objectives. Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges and devise solutions to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. #Requirements: Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of project management and account management experience in a Branding, Creative Design Agency, Advertising or similar consulting environmentLanguage Skills: Native Korean and business proficiency in English are required. Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and engage with global clients. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse projects with a track record of successful client interactions and project delivery. Collaboration: Strong experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business development and design. Creativity: Proven capability in developing creative strategies and solutions that align with client needs and project goals. #Key Attributes:
