Job DescriptionOur Personal Protective Equipment Services business in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, tests and certifies personal protective equipment, such as clothing, footwear, gloves, fall protection, respiratory protection and cut protection for loggers. We are now looking for a TEAM LEADER for the the PPE certification team. Your key task is to be responsible for the business development and growth of the PPE certification team. You will ensure the functionality and smoothness of the tendering and ordering process in the unit and support experts in their work. You will also act as the team's manager.
You will promote the sales and marketing of our services and actively participate in the implementation of the SGS Group's strategy for PPE Services together with other SGS companies around the world. QualificationsWe hope that you have a suitable educational background for the position and previous experience in business development and supervisory work. You have a strong understanding of product compliance assurance or product certification activities, either in an expert role or otherwise. You are used to planning, prioritizing and organizing your activities effectively.
You have good communication skills and work fluently in English, Finnish language skills are considered an advantage. You are productive and have a desire to develop yourself as well as the team and the business. We especially appreciate an active, responsible and firm approach to work.
