If so, Enlighten SEN Services is looking for a dedicated Shadow Teacher to join our team!As a Shadow Teacher, you will work closely with children who have special abilities in school and at the Child's home, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed. Your role will involve teaching, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and counseling to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to children with special abilities in the classroom. Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment. Use effective communication strategies to facilitate learning and development. Provide emotional support and counseling to help children navigate challenges. Monitor progress and make adjustments to support plans as needed.
